Frequently asked questions

Does the free trial include every feature?

Yes. During the 30-day trial, you can try the features included in the different plans under the conditions shown. No card is required to get started.

Do I need to provide a card?

No. You can get started without entering a card.

What happens at the end of the trial?

If you haven’t chosen a plan, your account moves to the free plan. Features from higher plans are then turned off. Your data is kept and you can still choose a paid plan at any time.

Can I change plans?

Yes. To go back to the free plan, cancel from the “subscription” section of your account: the change takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep your plan until then. To move from one paid plan to another, write to us and we’ll sort it out with you.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel from the “subscription” section of your account settings. You keep access to your current plan’s features until the end date of your subscription. Your data is kept.

Are paid plans per artist?

The Visibility and Passion plans are billed per user. The Studio plan depends on the size and needs of the studio.

What does yearly billing mean?

The monthly amount shown corresponds to a yearly commitment billed in one go. Yearly billing comes with a 19% discount.

Does the Studio plan have a fixed price?

The Studio plan is tailored to the number of artists, the studio’s organisation and the features it needs. Contact us to discuss it.
