A batch recalled? You know who to warn.

Record your ink and needle batches once, tick the ones you use at each session. The day a manufacturer recalls a batch, you find every affected client in an instant, and your register exports for an inspection.

You copy the label once, when you unpack.

Every ink bottle, every box of needles or cartridges goes into your library with its brand, reference, batch number, expiry date and supplier. A finished bottle gets archived, it leaves your list but never your register.

  • The batch, not the product

This bottle, from this batch, is what a recall asks for.

  • Inks, needles, cartridges

And a box for the rest, like a permanent makeup pigment.

  • Archived, never erased

A finished batch leaves the entry list, not your register.

Tick what you used, it’s saved.

In the session screen, your current batches show up as checkboxes. You tick what went into the skin, it’s saved as you go, dated on the day of the session, even if you do it the next morning.

  • Thirty seconds

A few boxes to tick at the end of the session.

  • Dated on the session day

The day the ink went into the skin, not the day you entered it.

  • Just untick

A mistake is fixed in one move, nothing to confirm.

One batch number, and every session it was used in.

Type a batch number, Tattooed shows every session it was used in and for which client, even if it was archived months ago. For an inspection or your insurer, export a period’s register as a file any spreadsheet opens.

Discover the consent form
  • Search by batch number

The affected sessions and clients, in an instant.

  • CSV register

One period, one file, that opens cleanly in Excel.

  • In the proof file

The session’s batches join its consent form.

A register that holds up, with no inventory.

  • No stock to keep

Nobody weighs their ink, the register only states what is true.

  • Never twice

A batch ticked twice appears only once in the session.

  • Nothing erased by mistake

A batch already used can’t be deleted, it gets archived.

  • Supplier on record

To trace back the chain when a manufacturer recalls a batch.

  • Expiry in sight

Every batch carries its date, in your list and in the register.

  • Your own register

Nobody else sees or changes your batches.

Tattoo with less of the business hassle

The messages, the quotes, the back-and-forth over the design, the booked slots no one shows up for. That’s time you don’t get paid for.
