The consent form, signed before the session.

As soon as the appointment is confirmed, your client receives their form. They answer the health questions and sign on their phone. You read what needs your attention before picking up the needle, and the signed form is kept as proof.

The form goes out by itself, as soon as the appointment is confirmed.

Your client gets their link by email and fills in the form at home, without rushing. Until it is signed, a reminder goes out three days before the session, then the day before. At the studio, they just scan the QR code on your screen.

  • Reminders 3 days and 1 day before

The reminder goes out by itself as long as the form isn’t signed.

  • QR code at the studio

Your client fills in the form on their phone, sitting across from you.

  • Nothing gets lost

They can stop halfway, their answers are kept.

You know what you need to know before picking up the needle.

Health questions, commitments for the day of the session, information about the risks of tattooing. The same questionnaire on screen and in the PDF. Answers that need your attention show up at the top of the session.

  • Points of attention up top

Treatment, pregnancy, allergy, you read it before you start.

  • Minor clients flagged

Age counts on the day of the session, the parental consent form is ready to print.

  • Photo consent

Your client says whether you may post their tattoo.

A signed form nobody can alter.

On signing, the form is frozen as a PDF with the date, the time, the version of the accepted text and the document’s fingerprint. A third-party authority certifies the time. In case of a dispute, you pull the session’s file in one click.

Their health may have changed since last time.

  • Your call

Tattooed flags, it never decides for you.

  • Your forms stay yours

Tattoo with less of the business hassle

The messages, the quotes, the back-and-forth over the design, the booked slots no one shows up for. That’s time you don’t get paid for.
