Can I transfer my balance to my bank at any time?

Yes, at any time with no minimum amount, once your file is verified. Each transfer covers your full available balance, and only one can be active.

Yes, at any time and with no minimum amount, once your verification file has been approved. The transfer covers your full available wallet balance. There is no amount to enter.

This balance contains your share of deposits paid through the platform and money from your payment links, which is added directly. Payments your clients make at the studio never pass through the platform, so you never need to withdraw them from it.

What you need to make a transfer

You need a connected bank account and a verification file with verified status. Without both, the transfer button remains unavailable and the reason is displayed in the "Transfer my balance to my bank" section of the "Payouts" screen.

Until the file is complete, this section explains why.

How to request a transfer

From your /pro dashboard, a single button transfers your full available balance. There is intentionally no amount field, to prevent you from entering an amount that has already changed between the time it is displayed and the time you confirm. Only one transfer can be in progress at a time. You must wait for its outcome before requesting another.

What an empty balance means

This is almost never a transfer issue. Your balance only receives deposits paid through the platform once their payout due date is reached, as well as payment links paid by your clients. A zero wallet balance means that none of these funds have arrived yet, not that money has been lost. The rest of your business income, paid at the studio, was never in the wallet. A balance that is still clearing cannot be transferred yet

A deposit that has just been credited may appear as clearing with our payment provider before it becomes available. This amount is shown separately in your dashboard and is not included in the transfer until it becomes available. It shows where your money is, not what you can transfer now.

If the balance is temporarily unavailable

When our payment provider is temporarily unreachable, the screen tells you instead of displaying a balance recalculated on our side that could be wrong.

Your transfer history

Every requested transfer remains visible in your dashboard with its status, request date, and completion date, including rejected transfers and the reason for rejection.

Information you never have to enter

You never enter your bank details anywhere in Tattooed. They are recorded and held by our payment provider during your professional verification.

How do I report a client no-show on Tattooed?

Reporting a no-show opens a dispute and freezes the deposit while the client responds. It is not immediately yours unless they acknowledge the no-show.

A Tattooed administrator splits the deposit among you, the client, and the platform, with a written reason. The decision replaces the original split.
