When do I get paid after an appointment on Tattooed?

Your wallet is credited after a fixed period following the appointment, unless a dispute is open. You request the transfer to your bank.

Payouts happen in two stages. After a fixed period following the appointment, Tattooed credits your share of the deposit to your Stripe wallet, with the commission already deducted. The transfer to your bank account does not happen automatically: you request it whenever you want.

Everything below concerns appointments with a deposit paid through the platform: those from the assignment process and those created from a quote with a deposit, where the deposit is paid to you without commission. A booking without a quote and a session added manually have nothing to pay out because you collect payment from these clients directly. See [What is the difference between a client brought to you by Tattooed and a client who is already yours?](/en/help/artist/requests-and-assignment/referred-vs-direct-clients).

The wallet credit

Once the appointment is marked completed or the client is reported as a no-show, Tattooed schedules your share to be credited on a due date calculated from the appointment time. An automated task regularly processes these due dates and transfers the amount owed, provided no dispute is open for the deposit and your account remains verified.

The My deposits, session by session log, with four totals followed by one row per session showing the gross amount, service fee, net amount, payout date, and status.
The Payout column shows the scheduled date, then the actual date.

If a deposit was collected before your verification file was approved, it simply waits for the file to become verified. The credit is then sent automatically, with no action required from you.

The transfer to your bank

From your /pro dashboard, you can request a transfer of your entire available wallet balance to your bank account at any time. There is no amount to enter: the transfer covers the full available balance, and there is no minimum amount. Only one transfer can be in progress at a time.

If a transfer fails, for example because of an incorrect IBAN, the funds remain in your wallet. Nothing is lost. Update the information and request the transfer again.

What freezes a payout

If the client opens a dispute with supporting evidence during the period following the appointment, your share of that deposit is frozen. It is neither credited nor made available until an administrator decides the case. The decision then splits the deposit into the amount paid to you, the amount refunded to the client, and the amount kept by Tattooed. This split replaces the original one.

The client does not show up

If the client is absent without justification and you report it from your dashboard, you keep the deposit and it follows the normal payout schedule, just like a completed appointment.

You cannot attend the appointment

If you are the one who does not show up, the client receives a full refund, Tattooed receives no fee for the session that did not take place, and your reliability score is affected. No share of the deposit is paid out to you.

How do I report a client no-show on Tattooed?

Reporting a no-show opens a dispute and freezes the deposit while the client responds. It is not immediately yours unless they acknowledge the no-show.

How does dispute arbitration work on Tattooed?

A Tattooed administrator splits the deposit among you, the client, and the platform, with a written reason. The decision replaces the original split.
