Client
Can anyone other than my artist see my health questionnaire answers?
Only the artist assigned to your appointment can access your health answers, and only while assigned to that appointment. No other account has access.
No. Only the artist linked to your appointment can read your answers, and only while that appointment remains assigned to them. No other artist or client has access.
The rule does not change based on how the appointment was booked. Whether Tattooed assigned it to you or you booked on an artist's page, only the artist seeing you can read your answers.
What your own account shows
Your appointment screen only tells you whether the form still needs to be completed or has already been completed. Your answers themselves are never sent back to your device after they are saved. Health data that is not displayed anywhere does not need to travel over the network every time you open the app.
What the artist sees, and for how long
The artist assigned to your appointment can access the details of your answers, the signed document, and the associated register. This right is checked each time against the identity of the appointment, not simply the person's artist status. No other professional on the platform can reach your form by guessing an identifier.
What this does not prevent
This separation applies to routine access to your answers. It does not prevent Tattooed from retaining this data for the period set by its retention policy, or the artist from keeping the copy they signed with you, as required by regulations governing tattoo consent forms.
There is no administration screen that lets a Tattooed team member browse your questionnaire answers. No such interface has been built for this data, including for support or handling a dispute.
Why it works this way
The health questionnaire is there to inform the artist before they tattoo you, not to create a record that other professionals or other clients on the platform can view. Expanding access would add nothing to your session and would expose health data to people who do not need to see it.
