Tattoo artist
What does a paid subscription add to a free account?
Get higher assignment priority, a larger portfolio, statistics, calendar sync, and tier-specific tools with a Tattooed subscription.
An account without a subscription remains fully operational. The calendar, availability, history, deposit log, and public booking page are available to everyone. Subscriptions add higher assignment priority and exclusive tools across several tiers.
A subscription buys you more clients brought by Tattooed, not the right to manage your own. Receiving your own clients through your public link and adding their sessions to your calendar do not depend on any tier and incur no fee. See [What is the difference between a client brought by Tattooed and one who is already yours?](/en/help/artist/requests-and-assignment/referred-vs-direct-clients).
Assignment priority
This is the main benefit. In the algorithm that ranks available artists for a client, subscription status contributes to the score alongside proximity, availability, and reliability. The higher the tier, the more weight it carries, increasing your chances of being the first artist shown to the client. It is never exclusive. A nearby, available artist without a subscription remains a candidate against a subscriber who is farther away or less available. Priority affects the ordering. It never shuts nonpaying artists out of the market.
What the middle tier unlocks
Starting with the first paid tier, you get access to the full statistics dashboard (revenue by period, completion rate, and the difference between estimated and actual duration), the ability to create a digital consent form for a new client, a larger portfolio, external calendar sync, and accounting data exports for your activity.
What the higher tier adds
The next tier also lets you create discounts to offer on the booking page, maintain the ink and needle batch traceability log, use advanced project management, import photos from Instagram, remind a client about a consent form left in draft, and use a portfolio with no photo limit.
The negotiated tier
This tier is reserved for organizations that request it directly from Tattooed. Support activates it after a discussion. You cannot subscribe to it online.
Managing or canceling your subscription
You can subscribe only from /pro on the web, never from the mobile app. To change your card or view your invoices, go to "Settings", then the "Payment methods" or "Invoices" tabs. To cancel, go to "Subscription", select "Manage", then choose the Free plan. You keep your benefits through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellation is not immediate.
A failed payment does not cut off access immediately
If a charge fails, for example because your card has expired, your benefits stay active during a grace period that gives you time to update your payment. If the grace period ends without payment, the account returns to the Free plan.
If you already had a Tattooed subscription before these tiers launched, it was not downgraded. You keep the benefits included with your original price.
