How do I claim my Tattooed directory listing?

Your listing is claimed automatically during registration, first by your studio's SIRET, then by its name and location if no SIRET match is found.

You do not need to click anything to claim a listing. Claiming happens automatically during registration, first using your studio's SIRET if Tattooed finds an existing directory listing for that establishment.

When your booking page is open, a claimed listing shows the same schedule of slots. A client who finds you in the directory can book directly from it, with no commission. The directory brings you clients at no cost.

Why a listing may exist before you register

The Tattooed directory lists establishments using public sources, even before a tattoo artist registers on the platform. These unclaimed listings contain only an identity and location. They do not include your portfolio, availability, or any way to book an appointment.

What happens during registration

Tattooed first looks for a match using your studio's SIRET if you provided it during registration. Two establishments never share the same SIRET, so this is a definite match. If a listing has that SIRET, it is linked to your account immediately.

If you did not provide a SIRET, or no listing has it, Tattooed tries again a little later in registration when you locate your studio address. It then suggests directory listings near that location and automatically links the one whose name exactly matches your studio name. In both cases, claiming makes your profile the source of truth for this address. Your profile, its information, and its portfolio now appear on the public page instead of the generic directory content.

If another account has already claimed the listing

This case is logged for Tattooed support, which manually decides disputed listing claims. One example is a business takeover where the new tattoo artist is not yet shown at that address. This never blocks your registration. You continue through the process normally, and support links your account to the correct listing afterward. Contact Tattooed support from your pro dashboard and provide the address concerned.

Correcting the displayed information

Once you have claimed your listing, make any corrections directly from your profile at /pro, just like any other account setting. There is no separate directory form. For details about what you can correct and on which screen, see How do I correct the information on my public listing?

A claimed listing is never deleted

Unlike a closed or opted-out listing, a claimed listing continues to lead to your full professional profile. It remains indexed and accessible. Claiming it does not make it disappear from the directory.
